Hawaiian Islands: Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Lanai, Maui and Hawaii

Standard

Once upon a time we took a long vacation to the Hawaiian Islands and visited Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Lanai, Maui and Hawaii. We walked on the hot lava fields of Kilauea Iki volcano on Hawaii, walked the quiet and lonely beaches of Molokai, marveled at the waterfalls of Maui and dined in the middle of a tropical organic farm, sailed up the Wailua River in the Waimea Canyon of Kauai to the Fern Grotto, helped harvest pineapples in the fields of Lanai, and played on the beaches and enjoyed the shops on Waikiki Beach of Oahu, climbed to the top of Diamond Head and marveled at the view, went to a luau in Paradise Cove and learned (somewhat) to hula, went to the Honolulu Zoo and visited the flying monkies who were there on vacation also, visited Hanauma Bay and watched everyone snorkeling among the reefs, rented a plane and reenacted the bombing of Pearl Harbor (an unnerving experience), and just enjoyed the beautiful people and islands.
